Eldorado Natural Spring Water, located in Louisville, CO, is looking for a friendly Delivery Driver. This role is unique in that it combines the strength of a lumberjack (well not that strong... be able to lift 45+lbs.) and the people skills of a successful sales professional. No day is the same and you get to drive around one of the most beautiful metro areas in America. Your office will offer you stunning mountain views.

The pay range for this position is $48,000-$68,000/year.  Potential for growth, happiness, and a career are here at Eldorado.

Job Summary:

The Production Line Operator is responsible for operating the bottling line to fill and package top-quality spring water and other beverage products that meet internal specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Compensation & Pay Range:

• Starting at $17.92 per hour 
• Starting at $18.99 with forklift experience
• **Retention Bonus $1000: $300 after 4 months, $700 after 9 months**

Attendance Requirements:

• Regular production hours are Monday-Friday 5:00 am – 3:00 pm.
• This position requires overtime, especially during the summer and during times of increased production.

Essential Job Functions:

• Operates multiple stations on the bottling line (bottle loading, capping, labeling & coding, case packing, palletizing, etc.).
• Consistently adheres to and displays required safety behaviors and guidelines, Safe Quality Foods (SQF) and Food Safety standards.
• Communicates with Production Team Leader and Production Manager about production line needs (supplies, maintenance, staffing)
• Performs cleaning and sanitation duties for manufacturing equipment.
• Performs basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
• Supports the execution and implementation of Food Safety programs.
• Coordinates and documents shipment transfers of finished goods and component materials between external warehouse and factory
• Performs other duties as assigned including cleaning, shipping and receiving, inventory, etc.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to remain focused in busy environment.
• Ability to independently follow procedures and work instructions and communicate effectively with peers.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing facility preferred (food and beverage industry a plus).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to use ladder/steps to reach equipment for loading and quality control.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.

Work Environment:

• Ability to withstand and work in various weather conditions that are common inside a warehouse.
• PPE requirements (etc.) like masks are required

Pay: From $17.92+ per hour

The Local Truck Driver will safely and efficiently deliver both raw and finished goods, products, and materials in a timely and professional manner.

Must pass background and drug testing as required by federal and/or state department(s) of transportation regulations (registration through Clearinghouse required as of January 2020).

**$1000 Sign-on bonus: $300 after 4 months, $700 after 9 months**

Essential Job Functions:

• This position requires a CDL-A license.
• Driving: 1 year experience (required).
• Responsibilities may include deliveries to retail warehouses (King Soopers, Safeway, etc.) and other customers, pickups from various suppliers, as well as water tanker hauling duties.
• Tanker certification is not required, but encouraged.
• Operate a semi-truck according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
• Transports loads safely and in a timely manner over required route, obeying all traffic laws and observing all safety regulations.
• Skillfully maneuvers truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas; follows loading crew signals.
• Assists with loading of or loads and unloads goods and materials, using specialized equipment when warranted; unloads empty skids and returns all equipment to designated area. Forklift experience/certification a plus.
• Maintains signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork; delivers documentation to shipping office or other appropriate staff when delivery route is complete.
• Facilitates routine service on trucks, which may include checking oil, water, gasoline, and air; reports maintenance malfunctions to Shipping Supervisor.
• Arranges trailers in shipping yards for optimum loading patterns.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to speak professionally and courteously with customers and staff at delivery points.
• Ability to remain focused in busy environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Special Attendance Requirements:

• Typical transport hours are Monday-Friday, 5:00 am – 2:00 pm
• This position requires overtime and occasional weekend availability during periods of increased production.
• Ultimately all transport hours need to be covered and work hours will be assigned as needed

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

• Prolonged periods sitting in a trailer cab.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be comfortable driving and making deliveries in various types of weather.
